In 2025, Teletek Electronics continued to make measurable progress across several important areas:
Responsible production and environmental impact
Our photovoltaic system covered 37% of Teletek’s power needs for the year. We also achieved reductions in defective products, lighting electricity consumption, plastic and polyethylene packaging, and office paper usage through digital reporting.
People, safety, and development
Women represented 55% of our workforce, with 33% women in C-level executive positions. We also reached 2,700 total hours of training, supporting continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
Knowledge, community, and partnerships
The report also reflects our commitment to education and community engagement, including seminars for students and professionals, internships, school visits, and initiatives that support young people and technical education.
Ethics, governance, and responsible supply chain
In 2025, 75% of our suppliers responded to our Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire. The report also outlines our work toward stronger supplier responsibility, ethical sourcing, and future sustainability goals.
