Teletek Cloud – New Features!

The maintenance of fire alarm systems involves various aspects, including planning, execution, and documentation. The latest iteration of our Teletek Cloud aims to enhance the entire maintenance and troubleshooting process, saving valuable time and effort. With advanced remote functionalities, users can seamlessly access critical system information and manage the system from a distance. Moreover, we’ve taken it a step further by introducing automation to handle certain tasks on your behalf.

Maintainers often oversee numerous installation sites, sometimes – in the hundreds, making effective scheduling essential for efficient maintenance planning. To alleviate the process, we’ve integrated a new reminder feature into our addressable fire alarm panels, allowing users to set up and receive notifications about upcoming tasks.

There are many cases where the maintainer needs to clean or even replace a smoke detector, due to the high pollution levels, or because the device has reached its expiration date. Knowing that in advance can save a lot of time and is definitely improving the life of the maintainers. Thanks to Teletek Cloud you have access to the pollution levels and the duty time of all the detectors in the system.

As we all know, periodical testing of the fire alarm equipment is mandatory in most of the countries. Prior to doing the physical checkup of the system components, the maintenance specialist must put the system in Test mode. Usually this requires a physical access to the fire alarm control panel. This is not mandatory anymore, as the users can now use our Cloud, via WEB or mobile app access, in order to turn on/off the Test mode of the panels remotely.

One of the most time-consuming parts of the maintenance process is not the actual test, but the preparation of the documentation, required by the building owners and the authorities, called – Maintenance report. Thanks to the new features of Teletek Cloud this process is now easier than ever, as it only requires only a few clicks of the mouse to generate a Maintenance report.

Тhe report includes all the information for the results of the test and any additional details of the installation site.

The Cloud exports the document as PDF and it also keeps a database with previous test reports, in case they are needed.

IMPORTANT: The Maintenance report features are available from FW version 1.1.6 of the iRIS panels!
